Product-first

None of us installed Snapchat because we saw an ad. Likewise, SuperShare will have to grow on the back of an exciting product. The growth team’s job is to steer the product towards growth outcomes.

Uncover synergies with the ecosystem

Our focus TG for the initial product is group admins of prominent Telegram/Discord/etc communities. By virtue of building for prominent content distributers, we are inherently valuable to content creators and content consumers. This can be a powerful approach to take to create growth of the highest quality for the lowest cost.

Lean & Versatile

We have the opportunity to drive scale with a very small team. This is most exciting and rewarding when we can individually don several hats - copywriter, strategist, designer, PM. Choose your role card for the moment and do your best! :)

Creating an economy for “sharers”

It took almost 15 years for content creation to become a recognized, “mainstream” profession. We’re going one step ahead of the curve to define “content-sharing” as a valuable skill. The growth team must hence identify what we can serve these users so as to make content sharing rewarding.

Synergies with Content Industry

All content creators and brands want their content to be shared widely. By aggregating the best community leaders across all content genres, we have a unique ability to symbiotically serve content creators and brands. The growth team cares about how to mould these into an enduring product, and bears responsibility for carving out relevant use-cases to be able to serve the ecosystem.

Growth via Loops

At the centre of our growth engine is a single user acquisition loop which compounds day-on-day, month-on-month. Finding an awesome loop is hard, but the dividends pay forever.

Creating a premium brand

It goes without saying that the brand we create will attract the users we deserve. Building a global, consumer social product requires us to be very careful about our brand image, and has implications on decisions across the spectrum of our operations.
